We are sorry to report that one of our long-time missionaries, Marlin Baker, passed away on July 8, 2025. When he was 14 years old he made the decision to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He enlisted in the Army in December of 1952 and was wounded in Korea and received numerous medals including the Purple Heart. He later returned to Korea as a missionary and spread the gospel there for 22 years. After being forced to leave Korea for his own safety, he continued his missionary journey in the Philippines where he spent 5 more years. After returning home to the US he volunteered as a prison chaplain for over 30 years, into his 90’s. Our deepest sympathy to his wife and children and all who loved him.
